Glenn's appointment is effective October 3, 2016.

Glenn W. Beaumont – Member, Board of Advisors
Glenn Beaumont served as Executive Advisor of Gas Distribution and Power at Enbridge Inc. from June 1, 2016 to August 1, 2016, served as the President of Gas Distribution at Enbridge Inc. since October 1, 2013 and was responsible for the overall leadership and operations of Enbridge Gas Distribution, Canada’s largest natural gas utility, as well as Enbridge Gas New Brunswick, Gazifère and St. Lawrence Gas. Mr. Beaumont also served as Senior Vice President of Operations from October 2010 until October 2013 and prior thereto, served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering.
Glenn also served as past Chair, Board of Directors of the Mackenzie Health Foundation. A registered professional engineer in Ontario, he graduated from Queen’s University, in Kingston, Ont., with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Beaumont holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.
Darryl A. Iwai – Member, Board of Advisors
Darryl Iwai is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor. Mr. Iwai is the Executive Chairman and Co-Owner of D Films Corporation and has held the position since joining the Board of Directors in 2010. Mr. Iwai has a long history not only in the energy and real estate sectors, but also in the entertainment industry, having formerly served as President of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment Canada, where he spearheaded the organization's growth initiatives. Subsequent to his tenure at PolyGram, Mr. Iwai served as President of Worldwide Distribution for Signpost Films, an international production and distribution company based in London andLos Angeles. Darryl started his career in film in 1988 with Orion Pictures and MGM/UA Home Entertainment. A CPA and CA, Mr. Iwai also holds a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto. He is also a shareholder and board member of KTI Limited and Fountain Hills Investment Ltd.
